Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Technician candidates must possess strong PC experience. The Desktop Technician will handle the installing and configuring of peripherals. Install software and operating systems. The Desktop Technician is responsible for support to include laptops, desktops, Networking, and printers.

PMO Manager

PMO managing requirements, design, development, and implementation of application and infrastructure projects. Also be responsible for administering the IT portfolio management process.
This position will be responsible for leading and establishing the resource management and project resource allocation functions. Software Implementation Analyst

The software implementation analyst ensures that deployments of new applications or upgrades are planned and carried out correctly. Computer Repair Technician

Qualified candidates in our Hardware Services Department for the following areas: Printer Repair, PC/Server Repair, Component level repair of monitors, terminals, RF Scanners, and Communication equipment.
Computer hardware repair technicians will provide onsite diagnosis and repair for a broad spectrum of IT related hardware to include, but not be limited to, Desktop PCs, Laptops, POS Equipment, Impact Printers, Thermal Printers, Win/Tel Servers and related peripherals, with a strong Emphasis on Workgroup Level Monochrome and Color Laser Printers and MultiFunction Devices.
Candidates should have extensive related experience in Field Service, Hardware Break/Fix in the above areas, with particular emphasis on Printers and other electromechanical devices.
Basic Printer Maintenance tools required; If special equipment is needed. Candidate will maintain computer systems in a network environment and associated peripherals including multiple Solaris/NT/MS2000/MS2003 servers, routers, switches, personal computers, disk and tape drives.
The candidate will perform installations, preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and equipment modifications, maintain configuration management records and drawings, and provide training on a wide variety of computer hardware.

Word Processor

Check completed work for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format. Sorting and process the data.
Type correspondence, reports, text and other written material from rough drafts, corrected copies, voice recordings, dictation or previous versions, using a computer, word processor, or typewriter.
File and store completed documents on computer hard drive or disk, and/or maintain a computer filing system to store, retrieve, update and delete documents. Print and makes copies of work.
Keep records of work performed. Compute and verify totals on report forms, requisitions, or bills, using adding machine or calculator. Collate pages of reports and other documents prepared.
Electronically sort and compile text and numerical data, retrieving, updating, and merging documents as required. Reformat documents, moving paragraphs and/or columns. Search for specific sets of stored, typed characters in order to make changes.
Adjust settings for format, page layout, line spacing, and other style requirements. Address envelopes or prepare envelope labels, using typewriter or computer. Operate and resupply printers and computers, changing print wheels or fluid cartridges, adding paper, and loading blank tapes, cards, or disks into equipment.
Transmit work electronically to other locations. Work with technical material, preparing statistical reports, planning and typing statistical tables, and combining and rearranging material from different sources.
