Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Technician candidates must possess strong PC experience. The Desktop Technician will handle the installing and configuring of peripherals. Install software and operating systems. The Desktop Technician is responsible for support to include laptops, desktops, Networking, and printers.
The Desktop Technician must have strong analytical skills for resolving technical problems requiring minimal supervision. The Desktop Technician must have experience working with deadline driven projects
The Desktop Technician develops software and services to protect. The Desktop Technician will be responsible for all Service Delivery functions and manage the technical Support. Handle all Service Deliver functions including,
Monitoring and management of computing server environments, enduser personal computer software packages as well as demonstrated understanding of security tools. Service Desk analytics, including setting of ITIL standard performance measures, gathering and analysis of activity, reporting and presentation of results.
