CIO

The Chief Information Officer is a key senior member of the leadership team and has responsibility for the successful execution of all technology initiatives. As a member of the top management team, the selected candidate will participate in planning the growth of the company and coordinating the development and implementation of the Information Technology Plan to support the growth plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the vision, leadership, planning and management of all technology operations, software development, project management, help desks, communications and data networks and will be accountable for maintaining all data and electronic media of the organization. The ideal candidate will have had hands on experience with software product development and as such, will be an effective translator/conduit between the software development organization and the business.
Direct and manage computing and information strategic plans, policies and programs for business processing, computer services, network communication, product development and management information services to accomplish the company's short and longterm goals and objectives Oversee all aspects of identifying, architecting, developing and maintaining information technology solutions to meet the company's business objectives
Develop and manage the annual budget; continue to develop and build the technical support infrastructure and ensure that all information systems operations are managed to specific goals, and delivered on time and within budget Implement and maintain reporting systems that provide senior management with the tools to make datadriven business decisions
Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of information technology of the company to ensure the technology capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives Direct the information and data integrity of the company and its business units Establish company infrastructure, as appropriate, to support and guide individual departments in information technology efforts
Develop, review, and provide certification of all backup and disaster recovery procedures and plans Ensure the integrity and security of information systems, communication lines and equipment
